Method C: For all authors from BJTU

请填写校内转账单（下载）以及在财务报销系统中填写校内转账凭证，经费负责人签字后连同打印的论文录取通知书以及本网页，交到九教北624唐老师处。缴费成功后，请在会议系统中最后一步提交您扫描的校内转账凭证的PDF文件，该缴费凭证和二维码页面不需要Email给Nicole Zhang。

Notes:  

1. Registration (except "The 2nd paper of the same 1st author") includes: all conference technical sessions, one copy of electronic proceeding in USB disk, and other materials for the 40th year anniversary of IEEE Beijing Section.

2.  Students under student registration are required to present their full-time student cards when collecting their conference passes, materials and receipts on site. Anyone who fails to present the document is subject to pay the difference between a regular registration and a student registration.   

3. IEEE members will be required to show their valid IEEE membership card or printed renew receipt at the conference registration desk.   

4. Delegates attending the conference are strongly recommended to have their own insurance coverage for attending the conference.
